On behalf of the Flatbush Development Corporation (FDC) team, I want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for joining us at our 49th Birthday Gala Fundraiser. Your presence, support, and generosity made the evening truly memorable and meaningful.
As we reflect on FDC’s incredible journey of the past 49 years, we are filled with gratitude for the support of our donors and community supporters. Your commitment to our mission of empowering and revitalizing Flatbush has been instrumental in driving inclusive change. A special shout out to Congresswoman Yvette Clarke for presenting FDC with a $575,000 check for storefront improvements to Newkirk Plaza that will make it a more desirable destination for shopping and commuting.
As we look ahead to the future and prepare to celebrate FDC’s 50th anniversary, we are filled with excitement and anticipation. We have some exciting plans for the upcoming year, including special events, initiatives, and projects that will further strengthen our community for all who call Flatbush home.
