Newkirk Plaza Merchants Association

About

When Newkirk Plaza opened in 1910, it became the first open-air shopping mall in New York. Ever since it has served many generations of commuting Brooklynites and visitors with iconic businesses and the Q and B subway lines running below. Newkirk plaza is kept clean and vibrant by the Newkirk Plaza Merchants Association that partners with FDC to promote and service the needs of its small businesses. We plan public events and hold merchant association meetings to address business needs and quality of life issues. We welcome business owners, residents and public officials to support us
