The Flatbush Tenant Coalition is partnering with the Brooklyn Borough President’s Office (BBP) by providing 7-8 staff members from their Rent Freeze Unit to help with the SCRIE application Process. Participation for this event is by Appointment Only! This will take place at FDC Main office: 1616 Newkirk Avenue
